This month has been crazy, awesome and fun with a ton of new developments for the boys!
Both of the boys sit up really well. And now they are both mobile! It literally took off over night and each day they get faster and faster. I thought it was hard having two babies that just laid on the floor, but now I know its really hard keeping track of two crawling babies!
Time lapse of da babies crawling.
Our new favorite game is to have a baby race. We put a piece of food in the center of the room and see which baby will get it first. Right now Carter has been winning most of the races because he LOVES food. Nothing comes between that boy and food.
This guy and this smile melts my heart.
Jameson enjoys long baths, good food, and walks on the beach.
They have mastered the art of teamwork. And they enjoyed the fruits of their labors. I am sure Carter was the brains behind this plan, because like I said, nothing gets in the way of that boy and food.
My parents took all the grandkids to the movies. Carter was being a little fussy so my dad took him out of the theater. He came back in a little later with Carter and showed us the fun pictures they took in the photo booth.
Overall they did really good for the first time at the movies! They did a lot better than they do at church!
This month Carter had a minor surgery. The hardest part for him was fasting all day before the surgery because of the anesthesia. And the only thing he wanted after the surgery was FOOD.
Matt gave Carter karate chop back massages to distract him before the surgery.
The surgery went well and Carter is back to normal. They let him keep the anesthesia mask, which is one of the most fought over teething toys.
We celebrated our 5 year anniversary up in SLC and we took the boys with us.
We had really yummy food at the Cheesecake Factory. Did tons of shopping at City Creek and enjoyed the lights at Temple Square.
We went to the aquarium on our way up to SLC. The boys were fascinated with all the fish.
Then we stayed the night at a nice hotel in SLC. The boys did really good and loved playing on the huge bed! It was a really fun anniversary trip, and we loved spending it with our boys!
Christmas was a blast this year! We enjoyed every minute with da babies.
Building gingerbread houses.
On Christmas Eve we discovered Carter's first tooth!
Christmas morning opening their stockings.
The aftermath of Christmas. They were very spoiled babies.
Matt's sister Alissa made these awesome beard hats for the boys. It was seriously hilarious to watch them look at each other with them on. They didn't recognize each other and would just stare at one another.
We got some family pictures taken for our Christmas cards. They turned out really cute, even if the babies refused to smile.
Can't believe how fast the time is going, pretty soon my babies will be a year old! See you next month.
