Will 1 Year

ONE YEAR! How is my baby a year old already? This last year has flown by.

Here are his stats-

Weight- 20lb (32th percentile)
Height- 28 inches ( 9th percentile)
Head- 18 inches ( 39th percentile)

And in true 4th child fashion, I threw away all his stats right after his Doctors appointment and then had to call the Dr back later to write them all down. Ha.

He has grown so much in the last year. It's crazy to even think of him as a tiny newborn anymore.

Will has 3 teeth, with several more trying to pop through.  Crawls everywhere, no signs of walking yet, loves to eat just about everything (edible or not), loves to climb the stairs and then gets stuck at the top.

We had a pretty low key birthday for him. It was perfect and we all got to give him lots of love.

I made a smash cake for him. He was unsure of it at first, but warmed up to it after he tasted the frosting.

The twins were so jealous that Will got to do a smash cake that they decided to smash their cupcakes in their faces. It was pretty funny.  And messy.

Will is so content. I thought Hutch was the perfect content little baby, then I had Will.

He is happy to sit and watch his brothers or crawl around and find something dangerous to put in his mouth.

He laughs so easily and has the cutest little dimple when he smiles big.

He is still "Will Will" at our house. And everyone loves and adores Will Will. I could go on forever about how much we love this little guy.

Just look at him sleeping! It's like an angel, he is just so cute and perfect.

Everyone comments on his cute chubby cheeks and really pretty blue eyes. He is going to be a heart breaker, that's for sure.

This summer he has loved playing in the water and getting wet. It's so funny to watch him crawl right into the water and just sit there as it sprays him. He loves it.

And here's some photos of our handsome one year old from our family pictures. He was not really in the mood for family pictures, so we didn't get any good smiling pics of him.

This last year has been a wild ride with 4 boys. Some days  I didn't think we were going to survive, it was all just so overwhelming. But here we are. We are alive and things are starting to get easier (especially now the twins are in school!) I can't wait to see how all these boys grow up and hopefully become best friends.

As crazy as life is, it is pretty great. I am so thankful Will came to our family and we all love him so so much!!

Will 11 Months

11 months!

He's got 2 teeth, with several more just about to pop through.

Crawling anywhere and everywhere.

Happenings this month-

Fathers Day. Matt's first Father's Day with 4 boys! We are so so lucky to have Matt, he is the best husband and father ever. He is easily the favorite person in our house!

Took the boys on a hike up Provo canyon with Grandma J and Aunt Becca.

The hike was the perfect kid hike. It had  a little stream with lots of bridges to cross. The boys had a lot of fun hiking around. They are the best hikers!

Jameson lost his first tooth! He was so so excited!

He is suddenly growing up to be such a big boy! Can't believe the twins are already old enough to lose teeth!

Carter doesn't have any lose teeth yet, but I am sure he will be right behind.

All 3 boys did swim lessons! The twins did so good and were jumping in the pool and being little fish. Even Carter got more comfortable and had a lot of fun! Hutch and I did a Mommy and Me class. He LOVED it! He loved  jumping in and dunking his head under the water, but he didn't like to be told what to do. He didn't like  having to do the ice cream scoop arms or kicking his legs. He just wanted to keep jumping in. haha.

Will's wake up committee every morning. He's a lucky guy to have so many brothers that love him so much!

We took a trip to Boise to visit friends for the 4th of July.

It was a blast! We  jam packed in each day and all the kids had so much fun playing together.

We had a fun 4th of July at the lake, then a BBQ and then fireworks.

It was the perfect 4th of July!

Will did so good in the car and was the best traveling buddy!

Hutch's 2nd Birthday

Hutch is 2! It's so crazy that this guy is  2 already!

He had a fun birthday! We went and got donuts, opened presents (BUBBLES!!!), and had cake and ice cream.

This is Hutch showing how old he is with his fingers.

Hutch is full of so much personality.  He is funny and goofy and loves to be the center of attention.

He loves to make people laugh and will do anything to get everyone laughing.

He thinks he's a big guy too. He keeps up with his brothers and gets so mad if you tell him he's too little.

He loves water, bubbles, food, his brothers, riding bikes, bubbles and lots and lots of bubbles.

Every time we ask him if he's excited for nursery he says "BUBBLES!!!", because they do bubbles at the end of nursery. This last week he cried when I picked him up from nursery because he wanted to stay and play with the bubbles.

Hutch is a wild card. It is his way or the highway. He will make his presence known and he will let you know if he wants something. He part time job is screaming as loud as he can.

Hutch has really grown up this year. He is suddenly a toddler and not a baby anymore.

He loves adventure and will do anything his brothers are doing. We will definitely need to watch him because he thinks he is a lot bigger than he is.

The last few months Hutch has started talking a lot more too. He can say a ton of words and has started putting 2 word sentences together, like "Hi Mom". It's so fun hearing him talk!

Matt's horse chestnut tree is taller than Hutch! It's a big accomplishment for that little tree.

We measured him on the growth chart and Hutch is shorter than Jameson was at 2 years old. haha. Our kids are just getting shorter and shorter.

Some of my favorite photos of Hutch-
Straight from heaven, such a sweet little guy.

Just days old.

Hutch was the sweetest baby. He was so happy and calm and exactly what we needed in our family. Everyone was always fighting over holding him.

He always slept so good too. Love that sweet sleeping face.

He still is the happiest guy that loves to smile and laugh.

1st birthday!

We sure do love Hutch so much! We are so glad he is a part of our family!
